once a month we cook for a roomful of people we've never met, somewhere in the hertfordshire countryside. one long table, a set menu, a foraged cocktail on arrival. £40 per head.

the supper club is where we experiment: new dishes, the more obscure foraged and preserved ingredients from the larder. food that gets a table of strangers talking.
